Where is the Pampered Teacher box available?
Right now, it only ships in the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
When will I get my box?
Subscription boxes will ship on the 15th of April and the 15th of May.
What is your return policy?
We strive to curate the best products to brighten a teacher’s day, but if you feel they are not a good fit, please contact us within 30 days at 866-251-8245 to let us know you'd like to return them for a full refund.
How can I cancel my box?
If you have a monthly subscription and paid up front, but wish to cancel during of the subscription, please call us at 866-251-8245 to discuss refund options.
If you have a monthly subscription and pay each month, you can cancel before the 15th of the month by logging into your Pampered Teacher account and cancelling your subscription. If you do not cancel by the 15th of the month, you will be billed for that month. We do not refund for missed cancellations.
If you ordered an individual box and wish to cancel, you need to do so before the shipping date of either the 15th or 30th of the month (whichever date is the next closest). Once the box is shipped, it can be returned, but you will have to pay for return shipping.
If you wish to cancel a prepaid subscription before receiving all of your boxes, you will be charged for each box you already received at full price (without the prepay discount). You will receive any remaining refund based on full price boxes.
How big is the box?
Our boxes vary in size. The classic box measures 10”x7”x3”.
What if my address changes?
No problem! You can either change in the information in your store account, or call us as soon as possible at 866-251-8245 to let us know and you'll be all set!
