Refund Policy

Returns

We hope that our products and subscription boxes deliver the smiles intended, but if not, we are happy to refund your money within 30 days from when it was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs incurred for returning your item.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Canceling a Subscription

If you have a monthly subscription and paid up front, but wish to cancel during of the subscription, please call us at 866-251-8245 to discuss refund options.

If you have a monthly subscription and pay each month, you can cancel before the 15th of the month by logging into your Pampered Teacher account and cancelling your subscription. If you do not cancel by the 15th of the month, you will be billed for that month. We do not refund for missed cancellations.  

If you ordered an individual box and wish to cancel, you need to do so before the shipping date of either the 15th or 30th of the month (whichever date is closest). Once the box is shipped, it can be returned, but you will have to pay for return shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after a week, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pamperedteacher.com informing us of the damage and requesting an exchange.You can either

  1. Send us photographic evidence of the damage
  2. Ship your damaged item to:

If you choose option 1, we’ll ship you a new item at no cost. If you choose option 2, we’ll reimburse your shipping costs and ship you a new item at no cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary; however, we do use USPS Priority Mail.
